Archives

The rXg stores long term archives of data instrumented from end-users as well as from the rXg system itself. The archives are most often used to diagnose network problems as well as resolve billing problems.

Archives Dashboard

The archives dashboard presents several dialogs containing the most recent entries in several logs files.

Clicking on each of the dialogs brings up the detailed view of the log where the complete contents of the log file may be viewed.

The set of logs and length of each log that is displayed on the archives dashboard is controlled by the form at the bottom of the detailed view of each log.
