The three numbers you buy aren't just a price — they define the capacity of every node in your deployment. Here's how each one maps onto the hardware.
Every node can run uplinks up to your licensed DPL speed. The Data Plane License sets the aggregate uplink capacity available on each node — not a pool shared across the cluster. Configure a node's uplinks and it draws from that same licensed ceiling.
Concurrent client sessions are shared across the nodes in a cluster. Your CPL is the total number of simultaneous client devices the deployment supports; the cluster distributes those sessions across its member nodes. Cluster sessions themselves are included at no extra charge.
One MPL per infrastructure device the rXg manages. Switches, access points, and OLTs each consume a single Management Plane License, counted across the whole deployment regardless of which node manages them.
Almost every limit on your license scales off your three numbers. One property comes from your DPL, one from your MPL, and the rest scale with your CPL — here's exactly how much of each you get.

Three quantities — uplink speed (DPL), concurrent client devices (CPL), and managed infrastructure devices (MPL) — each at a feature tier you choose (Core, Premium, or Elite). Your subscription is the sum of the three lines. That's the entire model.
One SUL bundled speed and devices together. Now they're separate: buy the uplink speed you actually have, the client count you actually serve, and the gear count you actually manage. Most legacy customers pay less because they stop over-buying one dimension to satisfy the other.

Yes — that's the point of the matrix. Each plane gets its own tier. An Elite Data Plane with Core Control and Management is a normal, supported build (that's RXG-MSUB-311).
